Proofs Blue Butterfly offers one (1) online color proof and one (1) set of changes at no charge. Requests for additional changes must be made in writing via email and are charged at a rate of $7.00 per change. Proofs are provided within 24 hours of receipt of your order, based on Pacific Standard Time. Wedding collections include unlimited proofs and changes to proofs, free of charge. Proofs are emailed within 24-48 hours of receipt of the order or edits. Orders received on a Friday will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day. Proofs due on a holiday will be available the next business day. We do not print an order until we receive written permission to begin production via email.

You are ultimately responsible for reviewing and proofreading overall spelling, the spelling of names (people and places), dates, places and grammar. If there's a boo-boo on our part, we'll pay for the reprints. If there is a boo-boo on your part, reprints are on you and will be charged to the card we have on file unless you request otherwise.

Substitutions We are pleased to provide alternatives for papers, envelopes and other embellishments that are not offered on our web site. Customers will be charged the appropriate difference at the time the order is placed.

Printing and Production All cards and stationery are printed using a digital method. Digital is a quick and affordable flat printing process, offering a wonderful range of rich, vivid color and soft pastel hues. Production time will vary depending on the job.

Postage Please check with your post office and have items weighed before mailing anything that may contain additional enclosures or may be an unusual size. Our post cards require letter stamps, not post card stamps. Square items require additional postage. Blue Butterfly is not responsible for items returned by the post office for insufficient postage.

Payment Payment is due in full on all orders via Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. We do accept personal checks or money orders, but they must clear before we start any production. Custom wedding invitation orders require 50% non-refundable down payment based on the final design quote.

Shipping We offer Priority and Express shipping via USPS. Prices are based on weight and zip code. We ship all orders directly from our studio in Port Orchard, Washington. All wedding orders are shipped Express mail without exception; customer absorbs all shipping costs. Blue Butterfly is not responsible for damaged or missing items shipped third party directly to the customer.
